What is the OneGate Card?

The OneGate Card is a card that allows you to pay for goods and services online and offline.

Your spending limit is equal to the funds you have topped up in advance.

What types of cards are available?

OneGate offers:

  • Virtual cards for online payments
  • Physical cards for in-store and ATM use (where available)

Availability may depend on your location and account status.

Is the OneGate card a credit card?

No. The OneGate card is not a credit card.

You can only spend the funds that are available in your OneGate Account. There is no credit or borrowing facility.

How long does it take to get a card?

Virtual cards are usually available shortly after activation.

Physical cards typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

You can track delivery status in your account.

How do I activate my card?

Once your card is available:

  • Open the OneGate app or web dashboard
  • Go to Cards, select the card and follow the activation steps

Who can use OneGate cards?

OneGate cards are available to business clients and authorized users within business accounts.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a verified OneGate business account to be eligible for a card.

Can I use the card for personal expenses?

No, OneGate cards are designed for business and commercial use only.

Using the card for personal, family, or household expenses is not permitted under the terms and conditions.

Who issues the OneGate card?

OneGate cards are issued by Reap Technologies Limited, a principal member of Visa, through Leadtone Asia Limited as the Card Program Owner.

The cards operate on the Visa network and can be used at merchants worldwide that accept Visa.

Are there spending limits?

Yes. A total spending limit applies to your account, and technical limits may also apply to individual transactions.

Where can I use my OneGate card?

You can use your OneGate card anywhere it is accepted, both online and in physical stores. Some merchants or regions may apply additional restrictions.

In which currencies can I pay with my card?

You can pay in the following currencies: USD, EUR, GBP

If you don't hold the payment currency, the amount is automatically converted from your available balance.

How does currency conversion work for card payments?

If you pay in a currency you don't hold:

  • OneGate converts the amount automatically
  • The exchange rate and any fees are shown clearly

Conversions are made from your card balance.

Why was my card payment declined?

A payment may be declined if:

  • There are insufficient funds
  • The card or account is restricted
  • The merchant type is not supported
  • Additional security checks are triggered

You can view decline reasons in your transaction history.

Can I link my OneGate card to subscriptions and online services?

Yes, you can use your card for recurring subscriptions and online payments where cards are accepted. Always ensure there are sufficient funds in your account to cover upcoming subscription charges.

Can I use my OneGate card abroad?

You can generally use your OneGate card wherever it is accepted, including abroad. Foreign currency transactions may involve currency conversion fees and use different exchange rates from domestic payments.

How do I change or reset my card PIN?

Where supported, you can manage your PIN via the card management section in the app. For security reasons, we may require additional authentication before allowing a PIN change.

How do I freeze or unfreeze my card?

If you temporarily misplace your card, you can freeze it instantly in the app or web dashboard to block new transactions. Once you find it, you can unfreeze it just as easily and resume normal use.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, freeze or block it immediately using the app and contact Support Team straight away. We can help you secure your account and arrange a replacement card where appropriate.

How do I dispute a card transaction I do not recognise?

First, check whether the merchant name or amount may relate to a subscription or a legitimate purchase you forgot about. If you still do not recognise it, contact Support Team promptly so we can review the transaction and explain the dispute process.

Can I regenerate a virtual card?

Yes. You can regenerate a virtual card at any time from your dashboard. Once regenerated, the old card details become invalid.

How does OneGate protect me from card fraud?

We use:

  • Real-time transaction monitoring
  • Automated fraud detection
  • Transaction notifications

If suspicious activity is detected, your card may be temporarily blocked for your protection.

What happens if my card is blocked for security reasons?

If your card is blocked:

  • You'll see a notification in your account
  • Support may contact you for verification

Once checks are completed, the card may be unblocked or replaced.

Can I change my card spending limits?

Some limits are fixed for security reasons.

If you believe your limits are too low, contact Support to check whether a review is possible.

Are certain merchants blocked?

Yes. Some merchant categories may be restricted due to regulatory or risk reasons.

These can include gambling, high-risk financial services, or restricted industries.
