ELIGIBILITY
The Leadtone Card is offered to individuals who reside in Hong Kong, are at least 18 years old, can pass identity, residency and sanctions screening, and are not located in any Restricted Jurisdiction. Onboarding is completed entirely on the Leadtone Platform.

HOW IT WORKS
Apply through the Leadtone Platform. Identity verification and screening are performed in line with Applicable Laws. Once approved, your Card is issued by Reap Technologies Limited under the Leadtone trademark and made available to you virtually, with the option to request a physical Card.
Send USDT or USDC on Ethereum, Tron or Solana to the destination address shown in the Platform. The wallet is operated by a licensed stablecoin infrastructure partner — Leadtone does not hold the keys, does not custody the assets, and does not perform conversion.
Your Spending Balance is recorded in the Repository maintained by the Issuer in Hong Kong. Card Transactions settle in real time against that balance on the Visa payment network. If the balance is insufficient, the transaction is declined.
Manage Card Limits, set or change your PIN, freeze a lost Card and request replacement directly from the Leadtone Platform. Card Data is never displayed in clear text outside an authenticated session.

The Cardholder
An individual resident of Hong Kong SAR using the Card for personal purposes in accordance with the Cardholder Terms and Conditions and Applicable Laws.

Apply on the Leadtone Platform. Onboarding is fully digital and typically completes the same day, subject to verification.
