OneGate is a corporate Card programme operated by Leadtone for businesses in Hong Kong. Cards are issued by Reap Technologies Limited and made available to Authorised Users nominated by your Organisation through the Leadtone Platform. Cards run on the Visa® network.

WHO IT'S FOR
OneGate Cards are made available to companies and entities that have entered into an OneGate Card programme agreement with Leadtone. Each Card is linked to an Authorised User nominated and approved by your Organisation, and may only be used for legitimate business and commercial purposes on behalf of the Organisation.

HOW IT WORKS
Cards are issued by Reap Technologies Limited under the OneGate trademark. Leadtone acts as co-brand partner and provides the technology platform for onboarding, Authorised User management, balance visibility and Card lifecycle.
The Spending Balance available to OneGate Cards is recorded in a ledger account maintained by the Issuer in Hong Kong. If the available balance is insufficient, the transaction is declined — there is no unsecured exposure to the Organisation, the Issuer or Leadtone.
Single-transaction, daily and monthly maximum aggregate Card Limits are configurable per Authorised User. Limits can be increased or reduced at any time and are enforced in real time at authorisation by the Issuer.
Virtual Cards are provisioned instantly through the Leadtone Platform. Physical Cards are produced by the Issuer's fulfilment partners. Both run on the Visa payment network and are accepted at all Visa-participating Merchants.

ISSUER
Reap Technologies Limited
Principal scheme member. Issues the OneGate Card. Holds the Spending Balance in the Repository and is responsible for the regulated card service.
CO-BRAND PARTNER
Leadtone Asia Limited
Provides the technology platform. Manages onboarding, Authorised User access, Card lifecycle, support. Does not hold client funds and does not provide regulated payment services.
ORGANISATION
Your business
Signs the OneGate Card programme agreement, nominates Authorised Users, funds the Spending Balance and is responsible for use of the OneGate Cards by its Authorised Users.
